PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A CLASS.
We are obliged to set our terms and conditions as part of our agreement to provide a service for which we are to be paid.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not book a class...
For online bookings, full payment must be received prior to commencement of the class.
Your place at the class cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
Bookings via phone, a cheque for the full class fee has to be posted before the class.
Please do not send cash by post! We cannot accept any liability for loss.
If you are a last minute booking and it happens there is a free spot for you, please hand the cheque to Christin before the class starts.
2. Ages of attendees
Whilst anyone over the age of 18 may attend, anyone younger than this must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the class. For Baby and Toddler classes, one caregiver (parent or otherwise) must be present at all times. For all children classes (under 18, but over 5) , caregivers can attend, but don't need to if they sign a form at the first class. They have to attend part of the first class.
3. Who can attend
Anyone who has the desire to paint.
Beginners, Advanced, the artistically undiscovered.
Everyone can paint!
4. Cancellations by you
Please give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a class, so we may fill your space with other people interested.
If more than 4 days notice is given, we will refund your booking fee in full.
If less than 4 days notice is given, we will retain the booking fee, but send a gift voucher for half of the fee.
If less than 24 hours or no notice is given, we are unable to refund any part of the booking fee.
5. Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event, that we must cancel a class you will have the option of transferring to another class (subject to availability) or of having a full refund of the fees. We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to travel, accomodation costs etc.) arrising as consequence of any cancellation of classes.
The class fee includes the cost of painting materials (including canvas and use of paints) which will be required for the class, unless otherwise stated.
All other equipment, such as easel, brushes etc, are loaned to you for use on the day of the class. If you should loose, mistreat or damage any item of equipment, we will ask you to pay for the replacement.
Those attending our classes are expected to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner and to recognize that others attending will also require support and assistance. If a student becomes persistently disruptive to the class we reserve the right to offer a verbal warning and, if this does not resolve the situation, we may, at our own discretion, ask that person to leave the class.
8. Health and safety
People attending are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear to our classes.
You may get paint on your clothing.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or other personal items.
